United Arab Emirates (September 3, 2015, Thursday) - YAS Oilfield Services and Weir Engineering Services have signed an agency

agreement for specific products today. This agreement appoints YAS Oilfield Services as its agent in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi for the Sales

and Services of the following products:

· Wellhead and X-Mass Trees with accessories & service tools

· Down hole landing ring and drilling time optimization systems

· Loose API-6A gate valves with accessories & spare parts

· Hydraulic and pneumatic API-6A actuated SSV gate valve with accessories & spare parts

· SSS-V system (Sub- Surface Safety valve system) with accessories & spare parts

· Choke valves (manual, positive, adjustable, and actuated) with accessories & spare parts

· Production Manifolds

· Wellhead services and maintenance contracts

· Swellable Packers (Weir manufactured swellable packers)

The appointment of YAS Oilfield Services as the agent of Weir will be the beginning of a new and fruitful business relationship. This

agreement helps strengthen the market position of both companies. YAS’s capacity and high-quality products of Weir will truly satisfy our
